At PadelReference, we want to ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please note that the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the package. Here are the steps to follow:
- Contact us at sav@padelreference.com or by using the contact form to make a return request.
- Ensure that the item is in its original condition, with all protections intact (including the plastic around the racket handle, the original packaging, and the label still attached to the product).
- Attach a photo of the intact item (please ensure the photos are not too large).
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send you a return label so you can ship the product.
The refund will be processed within 10 to 14 days after receipt of the returned package.
If you encounter a problem with a product, our after-sales service is available to assist you. Here’s how to ensure swift processing of your request:
Send an email to contact@padelreference.com or use the contact form, specifying:
- Your order number, as well as your first and last name.
- The reason for your after-sales request.
- Photos of the item from multiple angles (make sure the photos aren’t too large).
- If it’s a racket: front side, back side, and edge of the racket, plus a clear photo of the identification number (located on the frame near the handle).
- A clear photo of the identified issue.
Note that we act as an intermediary with the product brand. We forward your request, and the final decision is made by the brand, which may choose to send a new racket, issue a refund, or refuse the claim. Processing time depends on the brand and may vary.
If the brand validates the request, it may require a destruction video of the racket before sending a new product or issuing a refund.
If you experience a delivery problem with your order, here’s the procedure to follow:
- Log in to the carrier’s portal chosen at checkout.
- Enter the tracking information for the parcel to verify its status.
If the provided information doesn’t resolve your concern:
- Contact the carrier directly to understand the nature of the problem.
- If necessary, file a claim with the carrier.
If, despite these steps, the issue remains unresolved, please contact us by email at contact@padelreference.com or via our contact form, providing the following information:
- Order number
- First and last name
This information is necessary for us to open an investigation with the carrier. We’ll keep you updated on any developments.
In accordance with current regulations and for hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted for food products, except in the case of damaged or non-compliant items.
